“Jack arrived as scheduled. He was courteous and comprehensive with his work. The annual maintenance work was very efficient. Jack helped reset the time on the thermostat which I couldn’t figure out. Jack also recommended installing an outside breaker on the heat pump to help prevent an electrical surge that would affect the heat pump circuits. We really appreciate Jack’s work!”

“Cody and his team arrived at 7am and started working. They asked some questions and asked if I had any. They worked steadily until about 2pm and made sure the new AC unit was working and the furnace as well. Before leaving they showed me the replacement parts in the cellar and outside. They were careful about not tracking in dirt and took all debris away.

They took the time to ensure my thermostats were setup correctly, Ryun explained the Ecobee app and helped connect the thermostats to it, as well as to my Alexa. They answered all my questions. I am very happy with the service I received.”
