“Ryan is very polite and seems to know his stuff. However he could not complete the job planned. His initial cursory assessment turned out to be insufficient. In order to replace a 2nd thermostat, additional work, at increased cost,will be needed. So I have 2 new thermostats sitting here until an estimate can be sent and another appointment scheduled. I'm not happy with this situation. I will await an estimate of the additional cost to decide whether to proceed.”

Cody was assigned as the Lead on the installation. It was a three day job. Cody and the installation team were punctual, courteous and very clean.
