The problem I have is once again, paying an exorbitant amount of money when we are already on Precisions Maint Program. Paying $100 to come out and tape up the furnace filter doors so the system don’t doesn’t wheeze/whistle seems unreasonable to me . Granted, the cost would have been closer to $300 to diagnose and tape, but that’s after paying a monthly fee to be on the maint program. Just my opinion as a Customer. Gone are the days where they say “you know what? Let me grab some tape and get out of your hair…no charge.””

“We were having trouble connecting our mini splits with the WiFi app. Jack had to really trouble shoot, but in the end and with lots of patience ( and trying a few things) he got it done! Thanks to Jack and to Deb in the office who helped out a lot.”
