Precision Heating and Cooling primarily focuses on residential system replacement, service and maintenance. We are located in Northborough and serve the surrounding towns and communities.
We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and great attitude. We pride ourselves on our culture. WORK HARD, PLAY HARD. The technicians at Precision Heating and Cooling have each other’s back. We have been intentional about hiring employees to build a culture of a strong, tight knit team.
Many of our techs have similar hobbies and tend to spend time together outside of work. Hobbies like; disc golf, real golf, hiking, skiing/ snowboarding, hanging out at local breweries, sporting events, and many others.
We also like to plan some fun times on the company’s dime. Things like; 1-2 all inclusive trips each year, celebrating the holidays and enjoying occasional summer cookouts.
