Maintenance Hours - Maintenance can only be scheduled between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM Monday through Friday.
Terms & Conditions - Cancellation is eligible at the end of each 12 month cycle and is required to be requested in writing 30 days prior to cancelling. If cancellation is requested before the end of the cycle, Precision Home Services will access the value of maintenance and service received and issue an invoice for the difference. If the balance is over paid, Precision Home Services will issue a credit for the difference. Maintenance club automatically renew after each 12 month cycle. Precision Home Services maintains the right to change the cost of a maintenance plan and or cancel a maintenance plan Precision will provide 30 day notice for any changes and changes will only be effective at the end of a 12 month club membership cycle.
