“Dorian was very prompt and diagnosed the problem in a short period of time. As he did not have a part, he had to wait till Monday to secure one. It took two days for the part to come in and he went that morning picked it up and installed it that afternoon. Thank goodness we have heat!”

Very satisfied with the service. This is a very old furnace (about 25 years old). Jack will be back as soon as the part is in.
Unfortunately the part won’t be available until Monday and this was a very early Friday morning call. This is the coldest stretch we have seen in years and I am 80 my mother, whom I take care of, is 101 so space heaters are needed to make the house livable.
The service would have been been better if they offered a space heater rental. Just a suggestion to deal with emergency heat.
