“I was very pleased with my overall experience with Precision from the first phone call to set up a site visit in early October to the actual installation the first week of November. The communication process was excellent which gave me a clear idea of what to plan for and expect. Both Michael (Comfort Consultant) and Deb (Sales Coordinator) answered all my questions prior to installation which made for a seamless transition from my old heating furnace/air conditioning units to the Bryant Evolution Hybrid system. The installation service of the equipment by Tyler Moore as well as team members Gil and Tyler was extremely professional. It is true that they left my basement practically cleaner than it was! I am learning how the heat pump system operates and love the new thermostat which also offers remote control. It is nice to know Precision has a 24 hour Customer Service number and follow-up with any questions I have had. The three "Ps" apply: Prompt (response time), Professional (professionalism at its best) and Pleasing (results).”
