Membership Term & Renewal
Your membership runs in 12-month cycles. At the end of each cycle, your membership automatically renews for another 12 months.
How to Cancel
You may cancel at the end of any 12-month cycle. To do so, please submit your cancellation request in writing at least 30 days before the cycle ends.
Cancelling Before the End of a Cycle
If you cancel before your 12-month cycle is complete, Precision Home Services will review the value of the maintenance and service you have already received and compare it to what you have paid:
- If you have used more than you've paid for, we will issue an invoice for the difference.
- If you have paid more than you've used, we will issue a credit for the difference.
The value of your membership is shown on our website under the “Book Now” button.
What’s Not Included in the Free Diagnostic
Your membership includes a free diagnostic on covered equipment. The following are not covered by the free diagnostic:

- Acts of God and weather-related events.
- Power surges.
- Physical damage to equipment — for example, a falling tree, being struck by a vehicle or lawn mower, or damage from icicles, ice, or snow.
- Wi-Fi or network outages that disconnect controls or thermostats and require them to be reconnected.
- Running out of oil or propane.
- Switches turned off — for example, a power or service switch left in the off position.
- Power outages.
- Free delivery of filters.
- Leaks resulting from siding work or other work performed by others.
Changes to Pricing or Plans
Precision Home Services reserves the right to change the cost of a maintenance plan, or to cancel a maintenance plan. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any change, and any change will only take effect at the end of your current 12-month membership cycle.
