“the past few days have been brutal dealing with an intense heat wave. the worst time to have your ac break down is when the weather is consistently 90+ degrees and that's exactly when ours decided it wanted to go. we called precision this morning to have our system checked out and they were thankfully available same day to have a technician come out. i met with dorian mancuso who was super knowledgeable, extremely understanding and very thoughtful. he explained everything he wanted to do, gave me a detailed step by step on what he was doing, made sure everything was in working order, and made sure i had every question answered before he left. despite being outside in the unbearable heat and having to crawl through a boiling attic he was an absolute wonderful person to talk to. thank you so much, precision, especially dorian, for helping us out!”
