“Our heat pump maintenance was done August 13, 2024. The tech was Dorian who did a superb job handling the maintenance. Dorian made sure we understood exactly what was going to be done for the heat pump. He was very thorough and attentive to be sure the heat pump was completely clean and working fine. When finished, the heat pump almost looked new it was so clean. Dorian answered any questions, was very well mannered, pleasant, professional and displayed a positive attitude at all times. It was a pleasure to have Dorian do the maintenance on our heat pump.
