I spoke to Brenda telling her I needed someone to come out right away to repair it. I told her that my husband and I have allergies and we can't open windows for air because of pollen and the air quality has been poor. She said she would try to get someone to come out to my house as soon as possible. The next thing I knew she had Ryan M. text me to say he'd be here within the hour. I couldn't believe it! WOW!
