“When we moved to Marlborough 2 years ago we had Precision come out and services our AC & Furnace. A year later they replaced our water tank and ever since we have relied on Precision for their expertise. The company as a whole is reliable, affordable and extremely professional and customer focused. We have enrolled in a maintenance plan and already have seen the benefits. Scheduling your appointment online is a great feature and todays visit was for our tankless water heater and Ryun Therrien was the technician. He was efficient, professional, even when he got soaked by water 😉 I recommend Precision to anyone!!
