“The service techs (Ryun & Eddie) arrived on time to install two new Ecobee thermostats. They were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. They took the time to ensure my thermostats were setup correctly, Ryun explained the Ecobee app and helped connect the thermostats to it, as well as to my Alexa. They answered all my questions.
