“We were experiencing water from the heat pump unit inside the house. We’re on the maintenance plan so they sent Emery to evaluate the problem. Emery quickly identified the problem with a drain pipe from the dehumidifier pan, resolving the problem required cleaned out the pipe and the tray from the pump. Problem solved. During the evaluation and resolution of the problem, Emery did an excellent job describing the issue and the necessarily work to clear the pipe. This was valuable information so I can look out for the issue and resolve it should it happen again.”
