I told her that my husband and I have allergies and we can't open windows for air because of pollen and the air quality has been poor. She said she would try to get someone to come out to my house as soon as possible. The next thing I knew she had Ryan M. text me to say he'd be here within the hour. I couldn't believe it! WOW! That's what I call service! He explained what the problem was and how he was going to repair it. He was very knowledgeable. He replaced my capacitor, cleaned the outdoor unit, the indoor unit and checked all other components to make sure they were running properly. He did an excellent job!
