The problem I have is once again, paying an exorbitant amount of money when we are already on Precisions Maint Program. Paying $100 to come out and tape up the furnace filter doors so the system don’t doesn’t wheeze/whistle seems unreasonable to me . Granted, the cost would have been closer to $300 to diagnose and tape, but that’s after paying a monthly fee to be on the maint program. Just my opinion as a Customer. Gone are the days where they say “you know what? Let me grab some tape and get out of your hair…no charge.””
