Why We're Doing This
Every day, our team works to keep homes across Massachusetts warm, safe, and comfortable. This fall, we're extending that same care to families across Worcester County who need help keeping their pantries full.
We're proud to partner with Worcester County Food Bank, which distributes the equivalent of over 100,000 meals every week to local pantries and community meal programs. As a locally owned and operated business, supporting our neighbors isn't an add-on, it's part of who we are.
How to Donate
Drop off in person Bring a donation to our office at 5 Goddard Road, Northborough, MA 01532. Look for the door marked "Office." Open 8am–4pm, Monday through Friday.
Hand it to your technician Have a service or install scheduled with us? Just hand your donation to your technician, no separate trip required.
What to Donate
Most-needed items:
- Cereal
- Rice, pasta, and canned pasta sauce
- Dry beans (all varieties)
- Low-sodium soups, stews, broths, and chili
- Canned or dried fruit
- 100% fruit and vegetable juice
- Gluten-free foods
- Healthy snacks (nuts, granola bars)
- Hygiene and menstrual care items
Please make sure all items are unopened, unexpired, and nonperishable. We're unable to accept alcohol, over-the-counter medications, flammable items, or anything in glass containers.
