“This service visit was outstanding. Emory was friendly, polite, and thorough. My husband said Emory treated our air conditioning system like it was his own, even cleaning up the outside unit. He wore gloves and booties when he was inside, and was even nice to our cats. A five-star service. I will definitely refer friends to Precision if they’re looking for HVAC service.
I do want to add one small note though. He left the AC running while all the windows were open. My husband was here and didn’t say anything, but I was surprised to hear it running when I came home. The house was freezing on a beautiful summer day.”
