Membership Term & Renewal
Your membership runs in 12-month cycles. At the end of each cycle, your membership automatically renews for another 12 months.
How to Cancel
You may cancel at the end of any 12-month cycle. To do so, please submit your cancellation request in writing at least 30 days before the cycle ends.
Cancelling Before the End of a Cycle
If you cancel before your 12-month cycle is complete, Precision Home Services will review the value of the maintenance and service you have already received and compare it to what you have paid:
- If you have used more than you've paid for, we will issue an invoice for the difference.
- If you have paid more than you've used, we will issue a credit for the difference.
The value of your membership is shown on our website under the “Book Now” button.
What’s Not Included in the Free Diagnostic
Your membership includes a free diagnostic on covered plumbing systems and fixtures. The following are not covered by the free diagnostic:
- Acts of God and weather-related events (including flooding and storm damage).
- Frozen or burst pipes resulting from loss of heat or power, or failure to keep the home adequately heated.
- Physical damage to plumbing or fixtures — for example, from a falling tree, vehicle impact, or excavation and landscaping work.
- Clogs, backups, or damage caused by improper use — for example, flushing wipes, grease, or foreign objects.
- Damage caused by tree roots infiltrating sewer or drain lines.
- Main water or sewer line issues located outside the home or beyond the municipal connection point.
- Well pumps, septic systems, or issues originating with the municipal water supply.
- Water quality concerns originating from the municipal or well water source.
- Corrosion or premature failure caused by hard water where a recommended treatment system was declined.
- Fixtures or components that have exceeded their expected service life (normal wear and tear).
- Leaks or damage resulting from work performed by others.
Changes to Pricing or Plans
Precision Home Services reserves the right to change the cost of a maintenance plan, or to cancel a maintenance plan. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any change, and any change will only take effect at the end of your current 12-month membership cycle.
